  • Create and manage reminders.
  • Provide context to the AI to improve the interaction with the user.
  • Confirm payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe or MercadoPago.
  • Send WhatsApp notifications about your upcoming Google Calendar events (only if you've connected your calendar).
  • Allow you to manage your calendar events through WhatsApp (only if you've connected your calendar).

3. Data Storage and Protection

Your data is processed and stored securely in:

  • Our servers.
  • Our database, which implements advanced security measures through sensitive data encryption to protect your data.
  • OpenAI servers, used for the AI context.
  • Google servers, for calendar data (only if you've connected your Google Calendar).

Your information will never be sold to third parties and is used exclusively for the operation of the service.

Google Workspace API Data Protection

Regarding data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar):

  • We do NOT use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
  • Any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used solely for providing the specific service features you've requested.
  • Google Calendar data is only accessed when you explicitly connect your calendar to our service.
  • Your calendar data is only used to provide you with WhatsApp notifications about your upcoming events and to allow you to manage your calendar through our service.
  • We do NOT transfer or disclose your Google Workspace data to third parties for purposes other than providing our service functionality.
  • Your Google Calendar data is stored securely with encryption and is only retained for as long as necessary to provide our services or until you disconnect your calendar.

We are committed to protecting your Google Workspace data and using it only for the specific purposes you've authorized. You can revoke access to your Google Calendar data at any time by disconnecting your calendar in your account settings.

4. Access and Control of Your Data

You can access, update and delete your personal data through the following actions:

  • Access your reminders by requesting them from the AI.
  • Delete reminders by requesting them from the AI.
  • Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your account settings.
  • Request a copy of your data by sending an email to info@recordai.app.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our features:

  • Google Calendar API: When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar data with your explicit permission to provide WhatsApp notifications about upcoming events and allow you to manage your calendar through our AI assistant.
  • Stripe or MercadoPago: For payment processing.
  • OpenAI: For AI-powered assistance and natural language processing.

6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Currently, we do not use cookies or other tracking technologies on our website. However, this may change in the future and this policy will be updated accordingly.
